The Advisors In My Life...
Ever been in a position where by people tell you what to do? People giving both good and bad advises.
I've got a couple of advisors in my life. If you think my advisors are like those that talk to a king, than you're wrong. The advisors in my life are more like... the goverment (PAP) they tell you and they expect that you carry the action out.
Honestly, from the bottom of my heart i really thank those who have given me advice. If not, i would not be in a POLY and i would probably end up in the Boy's Home or in some school i really hate.
Let see, i've got loads of people to thank now...
(1) Mum: Thanks for supporting me for 20 years of my "big" life. Eating so much can really make you lose a lot of money. Thanks for encouraging me for the past few years of my life through my N's and O's up to my POLY. Thanks for the advises of NOT getting a girlfriend... Not making a girl pregnant... haha... even if i wanted, i still couldn't!
(2) Dad: The rock and foundation of the family. You are the strong and quiet type. For all my 20 years of my life, i've never heard you raise your voice against Mum. Thanks for the the support through my exams and thanks for all the encouragment! Love you Dad...
(3) Rena aka BoBo-Cheng : Wow... what can i say about my lovely sister... I think among the family members, she is the one i can really talk to. She is my advisor for my love life (not as if i had any), my school life, my church life... I just pretty much everything about my life... she advises me! Which is a good thing... without her, i think i would have gotten bullied much more.
She teaches me the skills of how to scold somebody and teaches me on how to embarrass people who wanna be funny... If you wanna know, my sister has this skill of "reading" a person... give her a 30 min conversation with a stranger, she would more or less know what kinda person he/she is... amazing ehh!!! and it really works! not kidding...
(4) Uncle Pete: The one who shouted at me when i was a kid who didn't like to shower. The one who taught me that there is always another option in life should i not make it to POLY... but hey, i made it! haha!!! Thanks for all the allowances and the extra bonuses that i get when i do well in school!
(5) My Tutor, My Mentor, My Friend... EDMUND!!!
Edmund: He is the one who gave me inspiration do become an officer in the army. He gave me words of encourgement when i needed it the most. The one who brought me back to reality of N's and O's when i was busy flying the sky doing my own stuff...The one who taught me how to chase girls. The one who taught me how to zao class in poly. The one who gave me an aim in life. The one who saved my life from ITE!!!
Thanks edmund for everything. The time you took out of your busy schedule to teach and mentor me into someone useful... Thanks a lot man...
I guess thats about it... Thanks to the advisors in my life! *cheers*
P/S: if your name is not mentioned... i'm sorry... i need to *poop* and i dun have the time to add in anymore! =)

you are right! ms bobo-cheng has the uncanny ability to 'read' a person to the very core of their being, even by looking at the person, or after exchanging a mere few sentences! she's been very useful to me over here in melbs. since i'm naive and gullible.
that was a very sweet post, by the way. :)
