Projects over due
Ever wished you had more then 24 hours in a day? Somehow that 24 hours just ain't enough for you...
Well, i seriously wished for more the 24 hours in a day... maybe it should be like... 72 hours in a day... and 365 days a year... This way, i could sleep more and at the same time have more time to do my projects!
Recently i did something that most would consider as wrong... i went to axe a fellow team member... because of some feud that the team member and i had, i decided to axe her from the team.
She is currently team-less and quite poor thing...
I really felt that she was not contributing to the team and she didn't even bother to like find out what is to be done for the project. Further more she pissed me off on the previous project... so i became quite an asshole....
Oh well... what ever is done is done... I wonder did i do the right thing?

ouch... isn't that wat u told us that dae? u finally did it? gee... poor thing... but... u convinced us that she deserved it wasn't it?
i think it might've been more fruitful if you had carried on working on the project with other members, while trying to get her to contribute.
but i totally understand the 'every man for himself' and 'eat or get eaten' theory. well. since you've done the deed, then you'll have to live with it.
and if she knows what's good for her, she might learn something from this too.
right now, concentrate on getting the work done, k? :)

eugene: yeap... i kicked her out in the end... or should i say she auto-matic get the hint and left the grp.
spyda: The project is already done and submitted... she contributing... i rather not have her contribution... its just not worth it...
